By accessing, browsing or using this website, the user accepts, without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions set out below. When a user accesses a sub-page through this website, that sub-page may have its own terms of use that apply specifically to that sub-page. These Terms of Use and any additional terms and conditions published on this website together constitute the entire agreement between UDAAANPE and the user in relation to the use of this website. In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, UDAAANPE reserves the right to take all legal action against such breaches in accordance with law and to pursue equitable remedies available to them.

The User may only use the Content in the manner provided for in this Agreement. User agrees to follow all instructions on this Site that restrict User's use of the Content. The User agrees that he will not use any robot, spider or other automatic device or manual process to monitor or copy our websites or the content contained herein without our prior written permission. The user agrees that he will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this website. The user agrees not to take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.

UDAAANPE reserves the right to take all necessary measures to ensure that the security and integrity of UDAAANPE systems remains well protected. To this end, UDAAANPE may take various measures to verify and confirm the authenticity, applicability and validity of the transactions made by the user.

UDAAANPE provides recharge services for various prepaid and postpaid DTH mobile phones only as a reseller. UDAAANPE is neither a telecom service provider/company nor a DTH service provider, but is only a reseller of prepaid, postpaid and DTH mobile services provided by telecom and DTH service providers or other distributors or aggregators of these service providers. UDAAANPE does not provide any warranty regarding the services provided by the service providers. The recharge that we sell to the User is sold without recourse against us for any breach of contract on the part of the telecommunications company. Any dispute regarding the quality, minutes provided, cost, validity or other conditions of the purchased Top-up must be resolved directly between the User (or recipient of the Top-up) and the Telecommunications Operator.

UDAAANPE only provides a platform for purchasing bus/flight/train tickets. UDAAANPE does not provide its own transport services. The user can choose any operator or mode at his own discretion.

UDAAANPE is only responsible for providing this platform for ticketing, cancellations, refund support in case of cancellations and other available information. Apart from these responsibilities, UDAAANPE is not responsible for any issues that arise during the trip, including but not limited to, timetables, services offered, baggage security, etc.

Any cancellation or refund must be made in accordance with the provider's terms and conditions and policies .

Passengers must comply with all conditions for using the Services, including possession of a valid ticket, identity card, absence of flammable or dangerous items, weapons, etc.

Facilities, services and amenities stipulated under the Agreement. or the transaction is carried out exclusively by the service provider, UDAAANPE is not responsible for such offers or transactions. The user is free to view the offer and make his decision. Pay bills/pay insurance premiums, etc. Use or use this payment service for bills, premiums, etc. The user undertakes to provide complete, accurate information necessary for payment. If complete or correct information is not provided, UDAAANPE has the right to refuse the transaction and block or terminate the user's account for future transactions. UDAAANPE accepts no liability for any liability arising from any of the reasons set out below, which are not an exhaustive list:

Insufficient funds in user account

The information provided by the user is incomplete and incorrect.

Any discrepancy or failure on the part of the service provider (to whom payment for the services is due).

Any cause beyond the control of UDAAAANPE or beyond the control of UDAAAANPE.

Rejection by a bank or financial institution for any reason in accordance with their procedure/process. UDAAAANPE will notify the user of a payment failure.
