HOW TO BECOME USK PARTNER:
उड़ान सेवा केंद्र के भागीदारी कैसे बने:
1. A PERSON SHOULD HAVE A SHOP OF 300 SQ. FT. ON ROAD MAY HIS OWN OR MAY ON RENT. The company will pay a rent of Rs 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) per month. The leave & license agreement between the USK holder and Company is to be made weather the USK holder is the owner of the property or weather he is the tenant of the property, if he is the tenant then he should be having the sub-letting rights with him.
1. एक व्यक्ति के पास 300 वर्ग फुट की दुकान होनी चाहिए। यह दुकान सड़क पर हो सकती है! स्वयं का या किराए पर हो सकता है। कंपनी प्रति माह 30,000/- रुपये (मात्र तीस हजार रुपये) का किराया देगी। उड़ान सेवा केंद्र (USK) उड़ान सेवा केंद्र धारक और कंपनी के बीच (Leave & license agreement) समझौता तब किया जायेगा, जब उड़ान सेवा केंद्र धारक संपत्ति का मालिक हो या वह संपत्ति का किरायेदार हो, यदि वह किरायेदार है तो, उप-किरायेदारी (Sub-Letting Rights) का अधिकार उसके पास होना चाहिए।
2. The interested Udaaan Sewa Kendra holder will have to be registered with us by filling online registration form and paying the registration/activation charges of Rs 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) at the time of registration via online/ UPI link, the registration receipt will be issued immediately there a then.
2. इच्छुक उड़ान सेवा केंद्र धारक को ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण फॉर्म भरना होगा और पंजीकरण के समय पंजीकरण/सक्रियण शुल्क/(Activation charges)) 5000/- रुपये (पांच हजार रुपये मात्र) का भुगतान करके हमारे साथ पंजीकृत होना होगा। यह भुगतान आप चाहे तो यूपीआई लिंक,ऑनलाइन वेबसाइट, बैंक अकाउंट में, और चाहे तो क्यूआर कोड पर भी कर सकते है! भुगतान होते ही पंजीकरण की रसीद तुरंत जारी हो जाएगी।
3. After the registration the companies ZONAL SALES MANAGER (ZSM) will contact the interested person with all the registration detail and fix a personal appointment for visiting the site which is under consideration for the Udaaan Sewa Kendra (PRIME). If the site is fit for the USK then the ZSM will final the location and approved the site and confirm the registration.
3. पंजीकरण के बाद कंपनियां जोनल सेल्स मैनेजर (जेडएसएम) सभी पंजीकरण विवरणों के साथ इच्छुक व्यक्ति से संपर्क करेंगी और उड़ान सेवा केंद्र (प्राइम) के लिए विचाराधीन साइट पर जाने के लिए एक व्यक्तिगत नियुक्ति तय करेंगी। यदि साइट यूएसके के लिए उपयुक्त है तो ZSM स्थान को अंतिम रूप देगा और साइट को मंजूरी देगा और पंजीकरण की पुष्टि करेगा।
4. After the registration & site is approved & confirmed then ZSM will immediately mark the proposal to AREA SALES MANAGER (ASM) for further process to complete documentation for Udaaan Sewa Kendra i.e. USK Application form, Leave & license agreement (for One Year), Aadhar Card, Pan card, 2 passport Size Photographs, 30 Second Video, GST (if any), Rs 9,00,000/- (Rupees Nine Lacs Only) Rtgs/cheque/Bank Transfer/Upi Transfer, Merchant Agreement, USK Agreement book, USK photo, USK video, Rs 17,00,000/- (Rupees Seventeen Lacs Only) Security Deposit Cheque (Undated), Blue Print USK point & Reference.
4. पंजीकरण और साइट स्वीकृत और पुष्टि हो जाने के बाद, ZSM तुरंत उड़ान सेवा केंद्र के लिए दस्तावेज़ीकरण को पूरा करने के लिए आगे की प्रक्रिया के लिए क्षेत्र बिक्री प्रबंधक (ए एस एम) को प्रस्ताव चिह्नित करेगा यानी उड़ान सेवा केंद्र आवेदन पत्र, (Leave & license agreement) आधार कार्ड, पैन कार्ड, 2 पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो, 30 सेकंड का वीडियो, जीएसटी (यदि कोई हो), एक उड़ान सेवा केंद्र को बनाने की लगत तकरीबन 9,00,000/- (नौ लाख रुपये केवल) रुपये आती है! और यह राशि का भुगतान पूरा का पूरा कंपनी करती है! और किसी भी उड़ान सेवा केंद्र भागीदार से कोई राशि नहीं लेती, लेकिन कंपनी अपनी सुरक्षा के लिए हर उड़ान सेवा केंद्र भागीदार से 17,00,000/- (मात्र सत्रह लाख रुपये) रुपये का एक सुरक्षा जमा राशी का बैंक का Cheque लेते है, जो की सिक्यूरिटी के तेहत कंपनी के पास रहेगा, और जब कभी भी भागीदारी अपना उड़ान सेवा केंद्र छोड़ता है तब कंपनी वह Cheque अपने उड़ान सेवा केंद्र सभी चीजों को मिलने उपरांत वापस कर देगी !
5. The Udaaan Sewa Kendra holder will pay for Wallet Top-up of Rs 9,00,000/-(Rupees Nine lac Only) in which Rs 3,00,000/- (Rupees Three lacs only) will be in “Lock in” for 1 year and Rs 6,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac fifty thousand only) will remain in the Wallet for recharge and others Top-up’s. The company will pay! % per month (12% PA) Incentive on the Balance maintain. After 1 year the “Lock in” amount will be released in the Wallet and same can be used for Top-up’s.
5. उड़ान सेवा केंद्र धारक को 9,00,000/- रुपये (मात्र नौ लाख रुपये) के वॉलेट टॉप-उप के लिए भुगतान करना होगा, और उस में से 3,00,000/- रुपये (मात्र तीन लाख रुपये) 1 वर्ष के लिए "लॉक इन" में रहेगा और रिचार्ज और अन्य टॉप-अप के लिए 6,00,000/- रुपये वॉलेट में रहेंगे। यह भुगतान कंपनी करेगी 1% प्रति माह (12% PA) शेष राशि बनाए रखने पर प्रोत्साहन। 1 वर्ष के बाद "लॉक इन" राशि वॉलेट में जारी कर दी जाएगी और इसका उपयोग टॉप-अप के लिए किया जा सकता है।
6. The Company will take maximum 30 days’ time from the day when all documentation is completed and Rs 9,00,000/- (Rupees Nine Lacs only) will be transferred to make “UDAAAN SEWA KENDRA” & further 45 days’ time to install ATM machine from the day when USK will be operational.
6. जिस दिन सभी दस्तावेज पुरे हो जायेंगे और 9,00,000/-रुपये का भुगतान कंपनी को हो जायेगा तब, कंपनी कि तरफ से टीम नियुक्त/Appoint कर दी जायगी ! और ATM/एटीएम मशीन उड़ान सेवा केंद्र में स्थापित करने के लिए 45 दिनों का समय दिया जायेगा, जिस दिन से उड़ान सेवा केंद्र में काम/प्रारम्भ होना शुरू हो जायेगा !
7.The Company will appoint Three BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXCUTIVE (BDE) who will appoint 120 retailers for the recharge and other Top-Up business, Their salary will be Rs 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) each and one female Front Desk Manager her salary will be Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) which will be paid by the Company, the rent of the USK will be start paying ones the USK will be operational.
7. कंपनी एक बिजनेस डेवलपमेंट एक्सक्यूटिव (बीडीई) नियुक्त/Appoint करेगी जो रिचार्ज और अन्य टॉप-अप व्यवसाय के लिए 120 (खुदरा विक्रेताओं/Retailers) को नियुक्त/Appoint करेगा, उसका वेतन 15,000/- रुपये (मात्र पंद्रह हजार रुपये) होगा जिसका भुगतान कंपनी द्वारा किया जाएगा। और एक महिला फ्रंट डेस्क मैनेजर होगी। वेतन 10,000/- रुपये (मात्र दस हजार रुपये) होगा ! उड़ान सेवा केंद्र का किराया उन लोगों को देना शुरू कर दिया जाएगा, जिसके उड़ान सेवा केंद्र में काम/प्रारम्भ होना शुरू कर देंगे।

1.WALLET DEPOSITS: Rs 9,00,000 will be a wallet deposit out of Rs 3,00,000 should be maintained in the wallet (Mandatory) for the period of 1 year (LOCK-IN)

Rs 25,000 salary will be paid to ASM (AREA SALES MANAGER) per month. Rs 35,000 salary will be paid to ZSM (Zonal Sales Manager) Per Month. Rs 1,00,000 salary will be paid to NSM (National Sales Manager) Per Month. Note: Shop rentals & All salary Packages will be paid after the USK will be operational.
2. वेतन पैकेज: यूएसके प्राइम आउटलेट के लिए प्रति माह 30,000 रुपये दुकान का किराया देना होगा। बीडीई (बिजनेस डेवलपमेंट एक्जीक्यूटिव) को प्रति माह 15,000 रुपये वेतन दिया जाएगा। एएसएम (एरिया सेल्स मैनेजर) को प्रति माह 25,000 रुपये वेतन दिया जाएगा। ZSM (जोनल सेल्स मैनेजर) को प्रति माह 35,000 रुपये वेतन दिया जाएगा। एनएसएम (नेशनल सेल्स मैनेजर) को प्रति माह 1,00,000 रुपये वेतन दिया जाएगा। नोट: दुकान का किराया और सभी वेतन पैकेज का भुगतान यूएसके के चालू होने के बाद किया जाएगा।
3.KANYADAAN WALLET: The Kanyadaan Wallet Package is a unique package where any member of Udaaan family can raze financial demand for the marriage of their daughter or sister to the company by sending their wedding card in advance to the company. The company will upload their wedding card to their portal i.e. www.udaaanpe.com for a limited period of time & rage the demand to all UDAAA family members for their contribution. After uploading the wedding card for the period of 15 days whatever the collection collected from the UDAAANPE family members plus a substantial amount from the company will pay to the “DEMAND RISER” by DIGITAL TRANSFER into their WALLET. This service is available to all (one year old) Udaaanpe Family members.
3.कन्यादान वॉलेट: कन्यादान वॉलेट पैकेज एक अधबुध पैकेज है, जहां उड़ान परिवार का कोई भी सदस्य अपनी बेटी या बहन की शादी के लिए कंपनी को अपनी शादी का कार्ड पहले से भेजकर वित्तीय मांग कर सकता है। कंपनी सीमित समय के लिए उनके विवाह कार्ड को अपने पोर्टल यानी www.udaaanpe.com पर अपलोड करेगी और उड़ान परिवार के सभी सदस्यों से उनके योगदान की मांग करेगी। 15 दिनों की अवधि के लिए शादी का कार्ड अपलोड करने के बाद, UDAAANPE परिवार के सदस्यों से जो भी संग्रह एकत्र किया जायेगा है और कंपनी से एक बड़ी राशि उनके वॉलेट में डिजिटल ट्रांसफर द्वारा "डिमांड की गई राशि" को भुगतान की जायेगा। यह सेवा उड़ानपे परिवार के सभी (एक वर्ष पुराने) सदस्यों के लिए उपलब्ध है।
4.SHISHU JANAM YOJNA: This is another unique package for all “UDAAANPE FAMILY MEMBERS” on the Birth of New born babies, the company will provide fix deposit of Rs 50,000 (Rupees Fifty thousand only) to the family. (This service is available to all (one year old) Udaaanpe Family members)

5.LIFE INSURANCE POLICY: The company will provide Life Insurance policy @ 10 lakh to all “UDAAANPE FAMILY MEMBERS”
